Oaxaca & Solstice Sunrise ceremony DECEMBER 19 - 22, 2025

Travel better than a Local,

The Palm Projects started creating travel experiences in Oaxaca since December 2020. The network of people and the depth of connection we established since the beginning helps us provide a truly unique experience that not any tourist gets...

The Foodie part,

We can't talk about Oaxaca  and not talk about food.

There are a few exquisite and personalized culinary experiences included:

  • A visit to the local Market, try different varieties of Mole, chapulines, hot chocolate or coffee from Oaxaca, etc.
  • Cocina de Humo, like the traditional Sierra Norte kitchen right in the capital city. Colorful and plentiful.
  • A typical meal de Pueblo, our extended family in Arrazola welcomes the group to their kitchen and the best rooftop terrace in town with the views to the ruins of Monte Alban, the most important ceremonial center for local indigenous groups for centuries.
  • Amongst other great restaurant options in the city.

Multi-City and smooth,

We start and meet in Oaxaca City on December 15 and leave on the 18th in another great experience: taking the 28 minute long flight between Oaxaca City and Puerto Escondido (The Coast) in a 12 seater plane, this is included with your reservation and saves +7 hrs of driving between locations.
